Exceed my expectations!!!

Faster all the time!

I started just after Christmas with Fitness22s c25kPro app and loved it, so 5kPacer is a natural progression. After using the app even just a few times, Im noticing speed gains in my running. I wish 5kPacer included an AppleWatch app, but Im happy enough with push notifications coming through from the phone to my wrist. Keep up the good work!

Safe, fun and challenging.

But the best part is that its so easy to implement into my busy schedule. I love this app!

Great idea- but app needs work.

Ive downloaded other programs by the makers of this app so I know what they can do and I was expecting more from this app. Its a great concept and I was hoping to benefit from it but it continues to glitch and not send me prompts when its supposed to. It doesnt work in the locked screen and is touchy when working along side another program. As soon as all of the problems are cleared up if be happy to give this 5 stars.

I love this app! I never thought I would be able to run 5k... I downloaded the first app coach to 5k and now I use this one every week !

Enjoying this app

I just finished 5k runner & started this app. Love it. Keeps it interesting & I can already see progress in my speed & I am only starting week 2. Highly recommend.

Takes WAY longer than 30 minutes / day

I loved the 5k runner app, even though it ramped up to 45 minutes per day when it advertised only needing 30. Now this app advertises the same thing, but STARTS needing more than 30 minutes right away, and eventually gets up to 60. I know for some people that is fine, but I dont have that long to run, and bought this app thinking the program would only take 30-45 minutes. Very disappointed by the false advertising. Im giving it 2 stars instead of just 1 as the program itself is still good.

Great app!

Love this app! I picked it up after completing the 5k runner programme and it has helped me improve my speed and fitness level tremendously. Next: 10k runner!

Already running faster

Running never appealed to me (thats putting it lightly). But after I started the 5K Runner and made it to the end I decided why not try to make my 5k faster. I just started Week three. And I already cut 30 seconds off my km time. Aside from my exercise accomplishments, I just have more endurance through out the day. Love this app

Just short of 5

I like this app a lot its very motivating. My only ‘complaint’ is I would like to choose between time and distance. Its a 5 km pacer but I cant run 5 km in the time it allocates, so the app end before I have finished my distance. I would like to be able to choose between time and distance. I contacted developer and they said they would consider it if enough people asked. So if you use this please ask for the distance option.

I like it, I want them to make it a 5

I like the interval and time based training. It keeps me focused on improving speed and cadence rather than my distance. However! It measures my 5.5k runs anywhere from 0.25k to 0.75k. I believe this is more a symptom of iPhones than the app. Since the iPhone GPS is quasi-reliable, enabling an option to edit my distance covered would be appreciated. Im also working through their push-up and sit-up apps and I am quite pleased with the simplicity. I dont like monkeying with my phone when I want to focus on my workout.

What happened??

I was using this app and loved it, but it has changed and is now unusable. Very disappointing. I deleted it. :(

Makes me faster!

I always got stuck after c25k, but this app gave me a new goal without increasing my workout time too much!

From couch to 5k

I recently ran a 5k and this app helped me a lot. The interval training helped me finish the race, which was my first 5k

I am 47 years old and I increased my speed within 2 weeks! Excellent app

I needed this motivation

I am a fairly new runner (9 mos) and have run a few 5k races and even a 5 miler. I used C25k to get me going and then just sort of accepted my snail pace figuring that at least I was running regularly and finishing races. I am not looking to bring home medals but I do like to have a continual challenge and I find that if I run a slow and steady 5k I do not get the high as mych anymore as when it was new to me. Running further at a snail pace is an option but I have little kids and other thing in life i have to do. The solution for me has been this training with intervals. I initially balked at the walking intervals but I do find I need it! And unbelievable after 3 weeks I have knocked about 45 sec off my mile. Good stuff!

It works but

The app works but is not compatible with the two running apps that I use: mapmyrun and Endomondo. When I tried to use this app together with one of the running apps, they ended up cutting each other off.

Cant hear the prompts

Love the idea, but when I listen to audio at the same time Im running the prompts dont come through. Super disappointing!! Please fix this. It doesnt do this on their other apps, 5k, 10k, etc.
